You are seeking funding for your documentary film - from foundations, government funders and others. No matter who you are asking, you will have to be able to come up with proposals with various components and in various formats - from a synopsis and log line to a one pager to a full on description or treatment of the film, with a budget and more.

How to get started, the components of a good package (proposal, artists statement, budget etc), best practices, what constitutes a good sample - hear from producer /filmmaker Carol Bash on what you should be doing.

This workshop is especially for beginners and intermediate filmmakers who are fundraising for their projects.
