This groundbreaking festival invites all CUNY students, regardless of major, to explore the art of storytelling through video and share their academic journeys and creative visions with the world.

Prizes, Awards, and Recognition

• Winners will be selected from the following submission categories:
  • ����Ӱҵ CWE: For students from ����Ӱҵ’s Division of Interdisciplinary Studies at the Center for Worker Education (����Ӱҵ CWE).
  • ����Ӱҵ: For students from City College of New York (����Ӱҵ).
  • CUNY: For all students from The City University of New York ().
• Each winner will:
  • Have their video screened at the The Americas Film Festival of New York () in the summer of 2025.
  • Receive a trophy recognizing their achievement.
  • Receive a $200 gift card.
  • More prizes TBC
• Only the student who submits the video will be eligible to receive the prize. Prizes will be awarded at The Americas Film Festival of New York (TAFFNY)’s closing night ceremony.
