The Isaacs Scholarship at a Glance
Requirement:
Applicants must be freshman or sophomore at City College with a minimum 3.3 overall GPA and 3.5 GPA in your English classes.
Commitment:
Isaacs Fellows must concentrate in English literature and complete a collateral program of study in a classical language.
Financial Benefits:
Issacs Fellows receive a stipend of $3,000 for every 15 credits completed, to a maximum of $24,000.
English Honors Program:
Isaacs Fellows are automatically part of the English Honors Program and are expected to pursue work on an Honors thesis with a mentor.
