Dr. Robert R. Alfano, Distinguished Professor of Science and Engineering at ����Ӱҵ and one of the world’s pre-eminent researchers in the field, is the recipient of the IEEE Photonics Society’s (IPS) 2024 Laser Instrumentation Award.
